2-Day Safari Itinerary

A perfectly balanced overnight adventure combining active exploration with classic, high-density game drives.

Day 01

Arusha National Park

Morning & Afternoon: In the morning, you will drive to Arusha National Park. This lush park offers the rare opportunity to step out of the vehicle for guided walking safaris and canoeing, in addition to traditional game viewing. Keep an eye out for leopards and spotted hyenas slinking around in the early morning and late afternoon.

Evening: At dusk, the veil of clouds on the eastern horizon often clears, revealing the majestic snow-capped peaks of Kilimanjaro. Following a full day of exploration, we drive to Amini Lodge for a freshly prepared dinner and a restful overnight stay.

Day 02

Tarangire National Park to Arusha

Morning: We pick you up from Amini Lodge and drive to Tarangire National Park. Known for the highest density of elephants in North Tanzania, you will marvel at herds that can reach an impressive 300 animals. We spend the morning tracking lions, giraffes, buffaloes, and wildebeests drawn to the life-giving waters of the Tarangire River.

Afternoon: Around lunchtime, we stop at a scenic picnic site. The afternoon is dedicated to more wildlife watching, including spotting some of the park's 550 bird species, such as the massive Masai Ostrich. Before sunset, your driver will safely return you to your hotel in Arusha.
